Cancellation Policy

I completely understand that life happens and plans can change. Because each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, last-minute cancellations and rescheduling can make it difficult to offer that time to another client.

To be respectful of both your time and mine, I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

• 48+ hours’ notice: No fee

• 24–48 hours’ notice: 25% of the scheduled service

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service

• Same-day cancellations & no-shows: 75% of the scheduled service

If I am able to refill your appointment time, the cancellation fee will be waived.

For appointments that require significant preparation or extended time, a higher cancellation fee may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.
