Perming solution chemically softens the hair allowing movement while Neutralizer sets the hair in place. Thuya Regenerative cream seals the result from steps 1 & 2. Vitamin E improves the hair structure and some of its internal characteristics while naturally moisturizing the hair.

Neutralizer and Regenerating creams will help neutralize any remaining alkalinity affecting your skin's optimal pH level after the Brow Lift procedure aka Brow Lamination.
